Jamie holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver, where she also completed the Animal Assisted Social Work Certificate. She also holds another Master’s in Communication Studies, concentrating in Interpersonal Communication and Family Studies, also from the University of Denver. She also attended La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA and completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication. Her background includes working in child welfare, IDD services, and hospice, as well as community mental health. She is currently a licensed social worker.
