Free Consultations for Prospective Counseling Clients
Duration: 30 Minutes

You deserve to work with the therapist who's right for you.
A Free Consultation is an opportunity to meet face-to-face, learn a little more about the counseling journey, and get a sense of who I am and how you might feel with me as your therapist. It is also beneficial if you are new to counseling or if you have logistical questions that are not covered here on the website.
This consultation is not meant to have any therapeutic value, and you are not considered a client until your first paid therapy session takes place.

Comeback Story Counseling is considered an out-of-network provider. This means you will pay for counseling at the time of your session and seek potential reimbursement from your insurance. It's important to look at your benefits and know what they offer.

Out-of-Network Can Be a Better Fit

1) Your Privacy. Insurance companies require therapists to give every client a mental health diagnosis, which becomes part of your medical record. If you feel uncomfortable being required to have such a diagnosis, that's another reason you may not want to use your insurance benefit.

2) Deductibles, HSA's & Flex Spending. Many insurance plans offer flex-spending or HSA accounts which you can use outside the company's network. But even if your plan doesn't include these, seeing an out-of-network therapist can contribute towards paying down your deductible.

It's all about choosing the right therapist for you.
